USAI Customer Complaint Handling Policy Training with CEO and President, Edward Parocha


As part of USAI's continuous training program, the Management Staff went through Customer Complaint Handling Policy training, on July 12 at the Makati Headquarters, with no less than USAI President Edward Parocha conducting the training session. In attendance are the office support staff, inspectorate team, logistics team and transport team.
