USAI ONLINE is now LIVE! An online employee self-service portal where we can conduct a wide range of HR Transactions, Reports Management and Training Programs that previously required a lot of paperwork and manual submission.

We can now communicate with our employees without the need for face to face transactions which often causes delays and inconveniences. We can easily collate employee data, and in a timely manner. Our employees can receive online training, and even submit scheduled reports. The possibilities are endless.

We are excited and looking forward to the benefits of this new online portal to our employees.

USAI Extends Assistance to its Personnel During the COVID Pandemic

As frontliners who are required to perform their tasks amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, USAI understands the importance of the well-being of each and every security guard, security officer, and support staff on duty. In line with this, the company sent groceries to their posted personnel under the program, AYUDA NI BOSSING.

USAI Customer Complaint Handling Policy Training with CEO and President, Edward Parocha

As part of USAI's continuous training program, the Management Staff went through Customer Complaint Handling Policy training, on July 12 at the Makati Headquarters, with no less than USAI President Edward Parocha conducting the training session. In attendance are the office support staff, inspectorate team, logistics team and transport team.

Proper Wearing of Security Guard Uniform

 ATTN: ALL 59's

You are all strictly reminded to observe SECURITY GUARD UNIFORM regulations pursuant to the Rule VIII of the I.R.R. of R.A. 5487.

All 59's applying for renewal of their LESP should strictly abide by the rules on the proper wearing of their uniform when coming to SOSIA and/or RCSUs. 

Effective January 1, 2018, all violators will be penalized! Please be guided accordingly.
